BOOKING INFORMATION:

- Performing artist will receive a (2) page ad in SWAG MAGAZINE - THE PEOPLE'S MAGAZINE

DETAILS WILL BE PROVIDED UPON BOOKING)

- Artist will perform (2) songs.

- Artist agrees to arrive by 8:45pm.

 

ARTIST RESPONSIBILITY:

- Performing artist must submit their show track to swagmagazinecasubmissions@gmail.com in a mp3 file and title it. 

- Performing artist must do a promotion video drop (Details will be provided upon booking)

- Performing artist must have a updated EPK (If not we can assist you in getting a professional EPK done) 

- Performing artist will be responsible for getting to and from the venue location

- Performing artist will be responsible for admission for all guests

- Performing artist must bring his/her promotion material and merch for networking and for sale.

- Performing artist will be responsible for all their meals and boarding arrangements

- Artist and all accompanying entourage must have a “Valid ID” in order to gain entrance to venues.

- Performing artist and all accompanying entourage must be in compliance with the “Dress Code” in order to gain entrance

 

FOOTAGE:

- video, photos etc. taken before, durning and after either event may be used on all advertising, marketing and promotional platforms that (“BOOKING / COMPANY”) considers appropriate.

- Performing artist hereby releases and discharges (“BOOKING / COMPANY”)

 from any and all liability.

 

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Performance fee: $250.00
